As part of this commitment, BSH works through its specialised unit, New Wave Counselling & Training Centre, managed by a dedicated all-women professional team that includes psychologists. The unit focuses on counselling, training, mental health awareness, emotional well-being, and personal development.

The session was led by Ms. Numera Ali, Founder & Director of New Wave Counselling & Training Centre. It focused on mental health awareness, everyday stress, emotional well-being, and encouraging women to prioritise their mental and emotional health.
The initiative also highlighted the importance of supportive environments where women can discuss their concerns without fear of judgement and understand when to seek professional guidance.
